NOTE: 1. All players must pay a $50 deposit, which will be deducted from their 2016-17 season fees or refunded in the event that they are not placed into a team.
2. All players should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled trial time to complete the Player Registration form and pay the trial fee at the registration desk.
